Summer Series

SUMMER 2024! 
We are offering 2 group workouts per week in Waconia, MN for 4 consecutive weeks starting July 9th and wrapping up August 1st.

​Option to attend all 4 weeks at a discounted rate, or can "drop-in" for a daily fee when available.

Groups will have a maximum of 24 athletes (a minimum of 6 needed for
the session to run) with an advanced skill curriculum focusing on:

-shooting form and footwork
-finishing and initiating contact to go up strong
-quickness & jumping stations
-ball-handling (getting separation, changing speeds, building up weak hand)
-individual and team defense concepts
-pivoting and passing (more footwork!)
-posting up/post moves/feeding the post
-ball screen reads and usage
-some 1on1, 2on2, 3on3, 5on5 scrimmaging to emphasize the drill concepts

SUMMER SERIES workouts will be led by Coaches Andrew Dahl & Adam Angell.  More assistant coaches/trainers will be added if there are over 16 sign-ups per age group.

Athletes from all communities are welcome to attend!

Summer 2024 Schedule
Use upcoming 2024-25 Grade Level

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00-10:30am 4th thru 6th Grade BOYS & GIRLS 
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:30am-12:00pm 7th thru 10th Grade BOYS & GIRLS 
Will be going over drills/moves/etc as one big group and then split up to different baskets by ability levels and split boys & girls for any scrimmaging portions

Specific Gym locations:
July 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25 -  Laketown Elementary in Waconia
July 30 & Aug 1 - Chanhassen HS (back gym N057)

Summer Series Workouts run through the 1st week of August which lead up to our TRYOUT PREP Camp the week of August 12th

$200.00 - 4 Week Plan with 8 workout days (12 total hours of skill training)
***$170.00 for the 4 week package for Spring 2024 MN Swish AAU players***

$30.00 - Price Per Day Option to attend "Drop-In" style when it works in your schedule
($25 per day option for Spring 2024 MN Swish Athletes) 

Payments will be collected (checks payable to Hoops Training, Cash, or Credit
Card thru PayPal) on your first day attending. Venmo to @DAHL15 is also a payment option.
