Andrew Dahl, Director
I have brought my two passions, basketball and teaching, together to create Hoops Training. I absolutely love working with boys and girls of all ages and assisting in the process of making them confident athletes. And ultimately, making this great game even more enjoyable for them!
Lakeview High School in Cottonwood, MN is where my basketball career began. There, I earned All-Conference and All-Area Honors (Class of 2000). I went on to play at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN before a leg injury ended my playing career. After being an instructor and coach from 2005 to 2009 for a Twin Cities-based basketball company, I started Hoops Training in the summer of 2009 with the goal of helping athletes become great shooters and more complete players. I know that my basketball background along with my ability to teach & break down both fundamental and advanced skills will lead to vast improvements in any athlete's game. I'm also currently the Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach for the Lester Prairie Bulldogs. |
