G League Ideas that I have as a big basketball fan (Go Timberwolves!), high school and AAU coach beginning in 2005, and basketball trainer running Hoops Training LLC since 2009. I would love for an opportunity to work for the NBA in some capacity in helping build a better minor league system.
I feel like the NBA is missing out on having a true minor league focusing on developing players that aren't quite ready for an NBA roster but have the potential to make it. The current system somewhat works but I think there is so much more to draw in NBA fans looking to the future of their respective franchises.
