9:00-9:05am - Warmup
9:05-9:25am - 3on3 Halfcourt (w/ref & keep score)
9:25-9:35am - Water Break and Shooting Drill
9:35-10:10am - 5on5 Game #1 (w/refs, 15min running time per half)
10:10-10:25 - Rollout 1on1 (w/ref & count buckets) and some rest as likely 6 to 8 players per basket
10:25-11:00am - 5on5 Game #2 (w/refs, 15min running time per half)
Previous year's format had players waiting an hour between 5on5 games while another age group played, but decided to try this way (similar to the way we ran it in the covid Summer and Fall of 2020) to lessen the total time spent at the gym per group and we are fans of the extra chances to make plays that players get in 3on3.
Will keep Individual Player Standings with 2 points earned for winning a 3on3 game, 2 points for winning a 5on5 game, and 2 points for 1st place at basket for 1on1 and one point for 2nd at a basket for 1on1.
The main focus of the Fall League is to prepare for the upcoming season and sharpen and develop skills. At the same time, we want to create a competitive environment and push players to bring a maximum effort in all areas of the game. So, we will recognize athletes after each week of play for the following weekly awards:

So, we will recognize athletes after each week of play for the following weekly awards:
WEEKLY AWARDs
MVP - The overall most valuable player typically on the winning team in both games. Plays a solid overall floor game creating plays for their team, plays hard all game, and does a lot of the "little things" that aren't always recognized in a scorebook.
TOP REBOUNDER - The player that consistently goes hard after rebounds and loose ball on both ends of the floor. Rebounding stats are not being kept, so this award goes to the person who's always boxing out and crashing the offensive glass.
TOP DEFENSIVE PLAYER - The player that is giving maximum effort on the defensive end. Not just getting blocks or steals, but the player who is in good help position, talking, and making it tough on the person they are guarding.
*We realize that there are a lot of great efforts each week, but the award winners deserve some recognition. Not all players will receive a weekly award, but the awards are designed to help motivate players to work on some of the important aspects of basketball rather than just focusing on scoring points. *
