families to raise funds through selling ESPN the Magazine
subscriptions to help cover costs of team fees and lesson packages.

Each player will earn $25.00 for selling a $40.00 2-year
subscription(52 issues, 84% off newsstand price) to ESPN the
Magazine. Those who purchase the subscription also get ESPN.com
Insider access for 2 years(a $79.90 value).

*Make sure to write in the athlete's name, who will be doing the selling, on the form after printing.
When selling, have the buyer make checks payable to Hoops Training.
Mail order forms and checks to the address listed on the order form.
You may sell as many subscriptions as you wish.
Andrew will mail subscription orders to ESPN to be fulfilled on the first
of every month. (So if you mail me your orders on April 10th, they will
be sent in on May 1st and subscriptions will begin 6-8 weeks upon
receipt according to ESPN)
